My name is Sarah Morgan, and I’m the Senior Software Developer and Digital Strategist at REACH Strategies. While I’m new to the team, this is actually the second time I’ve had the chance to be part REACH’s work. So why did I come back? Because I know my technical skills and personal values truly align with the company’s mission and having the chance to contribute to work that makes a difference has a strong magnetic pull for me.
I first joined REACH in 2016 as a Communication Strategist, crafting impactful messaging for cause marketing initiatives to create positive change. Back then, I built a reputation as a reliable team player who could mix a touch of humor with strategic insight to reach our ambitious goals.
After a few years away, building a portfolio of new technical skills such as front-end and back-end development, Zoho management, and data analytics, I felt the call to return to REACH. Not many companies allow true growth or keep an open door to past employees who want to bring different skills to the table. REACH does both.
Now my work here centers around developing software and leading digital strategy efforts for REACH and its partner DRIVEN. I rejoined because I believe in leveraging technology to create ripples of good. At REACH, every line of code and every metatag isn’t just a task to complete—it’s a step toward building a more sustainable and informed future.

REACH is a place where I can be both a dedicated professional and a person who values connection and creativity. Outside the office, I treasure the time I get to spend with my girlfriend and our three dogs—Sir Nigel Thomas Morgan Bacon, Lil Peaches Sugarbaker, and Poodle the Doberman. Their lively personalities remind me every day that life is about enjoying the simple things, even as we work toward bigger, better goals.
Coming back to REACH isn’t just a career move for me. It’s a reaffirmation of my commitment to contributing to a mission that matters. I’m eager to see the positive changes we can create together.
